Estou aqui pensando no que realmente faz grande diferença na vida da criança. Tudo o que listo em minha cabeça tem relação com coisas sutis, delicadas e...simples, que muitas vezes nos passam despercebidas.
Isso não é bom...
Como podemos dar pouco valor aquilo que é definitivo para o desenvolvimentos das crianças com quem convivemos?
Bem, como estamos aqui nos exercitando para não perder oportunidades mágicas de participar do universo rico e maravilhoso da infância, deixemos de lado, por agora, esses porques sem resposta e vamos mergulhar um pouco no encantamento puro de pequenas vivências delicadas e diárias.
Semana passada falamos do Olhar e hoje vamos sentir juntos a mágica do TOQUE.
Estamos falando de algo que começa com as mãos, mas envolve os sentidos como um todo e o cérebro, em conexões verdadeiramente fantásticas.
Sem falar muito ... que tal dar uma boa olhada em suas mãos?
Há quanto tempo não olha para ela como quem vê uma usina de percepções, um gerador de emoções?
Esqueça a estética, abandone julgamentos, mande calar críticas e marcas passadas.
Experimente suas mãos.
Olhe bem para elas.
Parece um instrumento simples demais para ser tão importante? Pois é simples sim e também muito importante!
Quanto diálogo ocorre quando sua mão toca o rosto, os cabelos, as mãos da criança que você cuida!
Sinapses e mais sinapses!
Eu diria uma explosão colorida e aquecida de emoções verdadeiramente ideais para construir uma ambiência de confiança imprescindível para um bom desenvolvimento infantil.
Já reparou que as crianças usam muito as mãos para falar? Se não foram contaminadas pelos medos adultos e por suas regras rígidas de etiqueta e tudo o mais... elas falam literalmente pelos cotovelos!
Fazem desenhos no ar daquilo que querem exprimir... elas dançam com as mãos para pintar um quadro imaginário daquele assunto que estão exteriorizando.
Repare bem...
Mas, as suas mãos meu amigo crescidinho... as suas mãos transmitem mensagens estupendas.
Se transmitem...
Vamos brincar então de falar com as mãos.
Junte suas crianças em uma roda (a roda é ideal para criar um ambiente de olhos nos olhos e proximidade), peça para cada um pensar em algo bem legal... inclusive você! Depois... todos puxam o fecho eclair da boca e não se pode mais usar palavras... somente as mãos e o grupo tenta adivinhar o que cada criança pensou..
Entenda... acertar não é o que mais importa... apenas brinque com eles de perceber suas mãos...
Depois, sugira que pensem em borboletas...
e imitem uma borboleta pousando na mão do outro, com a própria mão! Uma das suas mãos será o bouquet e a outra a borboleta... então todos darão e receberão toques de borboleta!!
Isso será divertido, eu garanto... e promoverá uma vivência delicada de toque mágico.
Desenvolva isso... pense em pequenos bichinhos que geralmente as crianças amam. e brinque de fazer carinhos com as mãos.
Se você é pai ou mãe... brinque disso na cama, antes de dormir... e é ilimitado o número de coisas que você pode inventar para imitar com as mãos...
Pode ser uma estrelinha brilhando no céu... um coração batendo dentro do peito... a borboleta pousando no nariz... e nesse caso... a sua mão é a estrelinha e a mão da criança o céu... e por aí vai. O importante é que aconteça o toque!

I am here thinking about what really makes a big difference in a child's life. Everything that I listed in my head is related to things subtle, delicate and ... simple, we often go unnoticed.
This is not good ...
How can we give little value for what is definitive for the development of children with whom we live?
Well, as we are here in exercising not to miss opportunities to participate in the magical universe rich and wonderful of childhood, let us put aside, for now, these whys unanswered and let's dive a bit in pure delight of small and delicate everyday experiences.
Last week we talked about LOOK. Today let's feel together the magic of TOUCH.
We're talking about something that starts with the hands, but engages the senses as a whole and the brain, in truly fantastic connections.
Without saying much ... how about giving a good look at your hands?
How long do not look at it as seeing a powerhouse of perceptions, a generator of emotions?
Forget aesthetic judgments, forsake, send silence criticism and past marks.
Try your hands.
Look right for them.
Looks like an instrument too simple to be so important? It is rather simple and also very important!
How many dialogue occurs when your hand touches the face, the hair, the hands of the child you care!
Synapses and synapces!
I would say that hppens a colorful burst of heated emotions truly ideals for building an atmosphere of trust, essential to good child development.
Have you noticed that children use a lot their hands to talk? If they were not contaminated by adults and their fears or for their strict rules of etiquette and everything else ... they speak literally by the elbows!
They draw pictures in the air about what they want to express ... they dance with their hands to paint an imaginary picture of that subject that aret rying externaling.
Note well ...
But your hands... my friend ... your hands can transmit stupendous messages .
How it can ...
Let's play of talk with hands.
Join your child in a wheel (the wheel is ideal for creating an environment of eye contact and proximity), ask each one to think of something really cool ... including you! After ... all pull the zip closure of the mouth and can no longer use words ... only the hands. The group tries to guess what each child thought ..
Understand ... hit is not what matters most ... just play with them to realize their hands ...
Then suggest to think of butterflies ...
and imitate a butterfly landing on the other hand, with his own hand! One of his hands is the bouquet and another butterfly ... then, invite all clidren to do it. And everyone will receive and butterflies touches !
This will be fun, I promise ... experience and promote a delicate magic touch.
Develop it ... consider small pets that often children love. To caress and play with your hands. One hand is a pet another hand is the face.. and the pet is kissing you!!!
If you are a parent ... play it with your child in bed before sleeping ... and is unlimited the number of things that you can invent to mimic with hands ...
You can be a star shining in the sky ... a beating heart in the chest ... butterfly landing on the nose ... and if so ... your hand is the star and the hand of the child is the sky ... and so on. What is important is that happens the touch!
Hum .. I was willing to play it!!
